5 Points of Yoga Day 29 May

Location – Silvermine Mountains, Tipperary
Meditative Walk in the Silvermines, Nenagh, followed by forest yoga & educational talk on the 5 points of yoga in nature.
Siobhan Shinnors is a Licenced MED Herbalist, Nutritionist & Yoga Therapist with 20 years teaching & workshop. experience. She runs a busy health clinic serving Ireland & Europe.
