Recipe: Free From Pancakes
Ingredients
1 Cup of almond Flour
1/4 Cup of favourite plant milk or water
1 -2 eggs (organic free range)
Baking soda 1tsp
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
1 tbsp of Maple syrup (optional)
Coconut fat for cooking
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Use Coconut fat on pan and pour batter on. Can be dressed with lemon juice and a little honey. Honey has great antibacterial properties but not suitable for heating. Can also top with a little butter for savoury choice.
