
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of almond Flour
- 1/4 Cup of favourite plant milk or water
- 1 -2 eggs (organic free range)
- Baking soda 1tsp
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
- 1 tbsp of Maple syrup (optional)
- Coconut fat for cooking
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Use Coconut fat on pan and pour batter on. Can be dressed with lemon juice and a little honey. Honey has great antibacterial properties but not suitable for heating. Can also top with a little butter for savoury choice.
