Free From Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup of favourite plant milk or water
  • 1 -2 eggs (organic free range)
  • Baking soda 1tsp
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of Maple syrup (optional)
  • Coconut fat for cooking
 

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Use Coconut fat on pan and pour batter on. Can be dressed with lemon juice and a little honey. Honey has great antibacterial properties but not suitable for heating. Can also top with a little butter for savoury choice.
