DIRECTIONS:
Take 1 capsule 2 times per day with a little water on an empty stomach.  Increase to 3 capsules only if directed by your healthcare provider.  Nattokinase should be used alongside a healthy diet.

What is nattokinase?

Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted from whole food, fermented soya beans.

Serrapeptase and Nattokinase, whats the difference?

There are a lot of similarities.  They are both proteolytic enzymes with anti fibrinolytic activity, anti coagulant potential.  Serrapeptase excels as an anti inflammatory, reducing discomfort in joints and congestion in sinuses.  NAC  is also anti mucolytic (sinus congestion).   Nattokinase excels as an antifibrinolytic and shown in studies to be more effective at reducing arterial plaques and improving blood vessel structure.

What is Nattokinase used for?
