DIRECTIONS:

(Dose in vol not weight).

• 7.5g x 1 day in full glass of hot water or plant milk (maintenance dose)
• Stir well – Add one tsp of olive oil & 1 tsp of honey to taste (optional)
• Recommended dose 7.5g 2 x day until symptoms subside.
