INSTRUCTIONS :

1g 1 – 3 x day  in a little water.

The above guidance ranges from maintenance dose to active dose.  Best taken between meals or away from food.  It should be used for a minimum of 3 months and up to 6 months according to research.  It can also be taken for immune maintenance during seasonal changes.

WHAT IS AHCC ?
